India has become a force to be reckoned with in the tech space. With more and more startups and MNCs operating from India, there is a clear trend of Indians moving into the industry.

However, given the complexities of the infrastructure in these large-scale companies, being a chief technical officer takes a lot of work. Especially when it comes to setting up processes and driving incremental improvements on already well-optimized systems.
